Main Responsibilities

• Diagnosing, maintaining and repairing vehicle problems while adhering to Mercedes-Benz guidelines
• Conducting regular service and maintenance checks
• Providing detailed vehicle health reports and communicating findings to the service advisors
• Staying current with the latest automotive technologies and service practices
• Ensuring a clean, safe, and orderly work environment

Qualifications and Skills

• Achieved Level 3 NVQ in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or equivalent)
• Previous experience working with Mercedes-Benz vehicles or in a premium automotive dealership is preferred but not essential
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Commitment to ongoing professional development
• Eagerness to work as part of a dynamic team
