Service Advisor Role Overview

As a Service Advisor, you will be the forefront of our service department, ensuring a premium service experience for our customers. This role involves managing customer service bookings, enquiries, appointment scheduling, and maintaining a smooth operation between our customers and the technician team.

• Customer service in the aftersales automotive industry

• Proficiency in using service management software (CRM)

• A valid UK Driving Licence

• Act as a liaison between customers and the technical service team
