Key Responsibilities of a Showroom Host

• Welcome and greet visitors, ensuring a positive and professional first impression.
• Ensure the showroom is tidy, presentable, and customers are acknowledged.
• Work closely with the sales and service teams to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Maintain customer records using CRM system.

• Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within the retail or hospitality sectors.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
