Key Responsibilities for Service Advisors
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers in need of vehicle service.
- Manage service bookings and ensure timely management of client queries.
- Communicate effectively with customers about service options, costs, and timelines.
- Coordinate with the service team to ensure successful completion of vehicle maintenance and repairs.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate customer records using our CRM system.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Previous experience in a similar role within the automotive industry is a must.
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively liaise with customers and team members.
- Proactive attitude with a passion for customer satisfaction and service excellence.
- Willingness to embrace new automotive technologies and advancements.
