Ideal Candidate Profile

• It would be desirable if you are AAT qualified, pursuing qualification or have experience in Automotive accounts.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy in numerical computations.
• Proficient in using Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities for Assistant Accountants

• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports to ensure accurate representation of financial performance.
• Perform routine reconciliations, including accounts payable and receivable, and ensure timely resolution of discrepancies.
• Support the Dealership Accountant and accounting team with end-of-month and end-of-year closing processes.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Conduct financial analysis to identify trends and variances and provide actionable insights.
