• Act as an ambassador for Mercedes-Benz, guiding customers through their purchasing journey with expert product knowledge.
• Conduct engaging product demonstrations and test drives, showcasing the features and benefits of Mercedes-Benz vehicles.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest Mercedes-Benz models and technologies to effectively meet customer needs and preferences.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
• Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve dealership targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
