• Experience in parts and/or a supervisory role within the automotive industry is essential.
• Exceptional organisational skills and keen attention to detail.
• Proven leadership and team development abilities.
• Strong communication skills for effective liaison with customers, suppliers, and team members.
• Customer-centric approach with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Sound knowledge of automotive parts, with a proactive attitude towards industry trends and developments.
• Understanding of departmental KPI's and manging data.
• Full UK Right to Work.

Key Responsibilities as a Parts Supervisor

• Oversee daily operations of the parts department to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• Manage stock levels and ensure timely ordering and receipt of parts.
• Provide expert guidance and support to team members in the parts department.
• Foster strong relationships with suppliers.
• Ensure excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Implement and maintain health and safety standards within the department.
• Contribute to strategic planning to enhance the parts department's performance.
