Ideal Candidate Profile for Telephone Customer Service Advisor
- Excellent verbal communication skills, with an ability to engage customers warmly and professionally.
- Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role is advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, aiming to resolve customer inquiries efficiently.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a part-time capacity.
- Punctual and reliable, with strong organisational skills.
- Full UK Right to Work.
- Capable of commuting to West Bromley.
Key Responsibilities as a Telephone Customer Service Advisor
- Flexibility to work 6 hours per day, shifts varying between starting 8am and finishing 7pm, working 5 out of 7 days; this includes weekends, typically 1 in 3.
- Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally, providing accurate information to customers.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively, enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate appointments and follow-up on customer service requests when applicable.
- Handle large volumes of inbound and outbound telephone calls.
- Maintain a detailed and accurate record of all interactions for quality assurance.
- Collaborate with team members to provide seamless customer service experiences.
