Role Overview: Customer Service Advisor

As a Telephone Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless experience for all clients. Your main focus will be to enhance customer satisfaction and create appointments through proficient communication and support.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer calls efficiently and effectively, providing accurate information and assistance.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints swiftly to ensure complete satisfaction.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer queries and problems.
• Identify opportunities to enhance customer service.
• Adhere to company guidelines and brand standards in all customer interactions.
• Commitment to work every Sunday - 4 week days between Mon-Fri and every Sunday (5 days per week in total)
