Ideal Candidate Profile for Dealership Driver & Coordinator

• Proficient in driving and parking skills.
• Full clean UK driving licence.
• Great customer service skills, ensuring satisfaction and positive interactions.
• Experience in a similar role is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Full UK Right to Work.
• Reliable and able to commute to Brooklands.
• Clean driving license.
• Over 21yrs of age (for insurance requirements)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the timely transportation of vehicles from customer drop off to the customer parking area.
• Coordinate with service advisors and customers to schedule vehicle pick-ups and drop-offs accurately.
• Address and resolve any customer service concerns promptly and professionally.
• Ensure precise record-keeping of all transport operations.
• Smooth running of vehicle logistics around the dealership.
• Ability to work 45 hrs between 8am and 6pm.
