SMART Repair Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled SMART Repair Specialist to join our Mercedes-Benz of Dartford team. This role is essential in ensuring the highest standards of vehicle body repairs and cosmetic enhancements.

Key Responsibilities of the SMART Repair Specialist

• Perform minor body and paintwork repair using SMART (Small to Medium Area Repair Techniques).
• Deliver high-quality finishes on both interior and exterior of vehicles.
• Restore vehicle components using advanced repair methods.
• Work collaboratively with the Service and Sales departments to prioritise and manage repair schedules.
• Maintain detailed records of work and ensure timeliness in completing tasks.
• Proactively identify potential issues and recommend solutions to improve repair quality and time efficiency.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will be dedicated, detail-oriented, and possess a passion for automotive excellence. We are looking for someone who embodies the following qualities:

• Available to work 0830-1730 Monday to Friday.
• Proven experience in SMART repair and vehicle bodywork.
• Technical proficiency in using repair and refinishing tools and materials.
• Strong commitment to quality and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage workloads effectively and meet tight deadlines.
• A positive attitude with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
