Star Expert Role Overview

As a Star Expert, you will be at the forefront of customer engagement, providing in-depth knowledge about Mercedes-Benz vehicles. Your role involves guiding customers through their purchase journey, ensuring they are informed and confident in their decisions. You will also be instrumental in delivering an outstanding customer experience assisting test drives and customer collections.

Key Responsibilities of the Star Expert

• Act as the primary contact for customers, offering a warm welcome and expert guidance.
