Position:

We now have an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Manager to join our Corporate sales team, on a permanent basis, with a flexible working pattern with occasional visits to our Dartford Dealership. This is a well established Dealership with big ambitions to grow our Corporate sales.

We are looking for a motivated individual to develop both new and existing Corporate sales opportunities, for both passenger car & light commercial customers (approx. mix of 30 % car/70 % Vans weighting), working with Mercedes-Benz to maximise opportunities with corporate accounts both regionally and nationally.

About you:

You will be a highly motivated sales professional with experience and knowledge in Corporate sales.

You will be an excellent communicator with great prospecting, rapport building, presenting and negotiation skills. You will be confident working as part of an office team and independently when meeting clients on your own.

About the role (Overview):

• 40hrs per week, typically Mon-Fri with occasional weekend promotions cover.
• Achieve sales objectives, targets and KPI's (key performance indicators)
• Build and maintain strong customer relations.
• Undertake regular business review meetings with customers to plan their buying
  opportunities and change cycle.
• Complete tenders and develop proposals to be presented to new opportunities.
• Promote additional fleet products, services and solutions.
• Work closely with Sales Manager to record/monitor and achieve sales objectives.
