Overview of the Showroom Host Role

As a Showroom Host, your primary responsibility will be to welcome and assist visitors to the showroom, ensuring a positive and lasting impression of the Mercedes-Benz brand. Your role is vital in delivering outstanding customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities for a Showroom Host

• Warmly greet all visitors and clients upon entry into the showroom.
• Provide information and support with inquiries, directing customers to the appropriate department or team member.
• Maintain the showroom's presentation standards, ensuring all areas are neat and inviting.
• Manage visitor logs and appointments efficiently, facilitating smooth operations within the showroom.
• Assist with refreshments for clients and visitors as needed, always focusing on their comfort and satisfaction.

Essential Qualities for the Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate will exhibit a passion for customer service and possess excellent interpersonal skills. Key attributes include:

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintaining showroom standards.
• Professional demeanour with a courteous and approachable personality.
• Experience in a customer-facing role is preferred but not required, training will be provided.
• Available to work 40 hours per week, typically 0830-1730.
• Able to work 5 over 7 days shift schedule (including weekends)
