Role Overview: Service Host Position
As a Service Host, you will be at the forefront of customer service, ensuring every visitor experiences exceptional service. You will be an ambassador for the brand, responsible for greeting clients and assisting them throughout their visit.
Core Responsibilities of the Service Host
- Welcome all guests with a professional and friendly demeanour, ensuring an outstanding first impression.
- Assist visitors with their inquiries, directing them to relevant departments or team members as needed.
- Ensure facilities are well-presented and meet the high standards expected of the Mercedes-Benz brand.
- Manage appointment schedules and client information efficiently to support seamless operations.
- Provide refreshments and ensure guest comfort during their visit.
What We Look For in a Candidate
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a passion for excellence in customer service with strong interpersonal skills. Key attributes include:
- Exceptional communication abilities, with a knack for engaging with diverse clientele.
- Keen attention to detail and commitment to maintaining brand standards.
- A personable, approachable nature with a professional presentation.
- Previous experience in a customer service role is advantageous, though not mandatory as training will be provided.
- Available to work 45hrs per week - 8am til 6pm.
