Key Responsibilities: Parts Advisor Apprenticeship Job Tasks

• Assist customers and colleagues in the identification, location, and supply of correct parts and accessories
• Support the team in processing parts orders, both face-to-face and via telephone or online channels
• Maintain accurate records of stock levels and manage inventory with care
• Handle incoming deliveries, check for accuracy, and help to organise parts storage areas
• Learn to use Mercedes-Benz parts catalogues, dealership management systems, and ordering tools
• Deliver a helpful, responsive, and knowledgeable service to all customers and internal departments
• Follow all health and safety and compliance standards in the workplace
