We are seeking a dependable, professional, and customer-focused individual to join our Mercedes-Benz dealership network as a Dealership Driver. This position plays a vital role in ensuring seamless vehicle movements, representing the Mercedes-Benz name with pride and professionalism at every stage of the customer journey.

Key Qualities and Skills for the Mercedes-Benz Dealership Driver Role

• Valid, clean UK driving licence (Category B essential) and confident in driving a variety of Mercedes-Benz vehicles, including high-performance models and commercial vans.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, delivering friendly, courteous interactions with customers and colleagues.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure careful, damage-free vehicle deliveries and collections.
• Good organisational skills, reliability, and the flexibility to manage multiple journeys and dynamic daily schedules.
• Professional appearance and behaviour, reflecting the standards and reputation of the Mercedes-Benz brand at all times.
• Basic IT skills to complete digital vehicle documentation and handover processes (full training provided).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing, customer-focused team.
• Previous experience in a similar vehicle driving, valeting, or customer service role is advantageous but not essential.

Main Duties and Responsibilities for a Mercedes-Benz Dealership Vehicle Driver

• Safely deliver and collect new and pre-owned Mercedes-Benz vehicles to and from customers, suppliers, and other dealerships across the region.
• Carry out vehicle handovers in a professional manner, providing key information and ensuring a positive experience that reinforces customer confidence.
• Complete all necessary vehicle movement paperwork and digital records accurately and on time.
• Perform thorough pre- and post-movement vehicle checks, quickly reporting any damage, discrepancies, or issues to the team.
• Support dealership operations as required, including vehicle presentation, site movements, and assisting with vehicle preparation for customer collection or display.
• Uphold the highest standards of road safety and compliance with all relevant UK driving regulations and Mercedes-Benz policies.
