Join our team to become a Business Development Manager in our Corporate Sales team.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Manager to join our Corporate Sales team in Mercedes-Benz Dartford . If you share our ambition to grow Mercedes-Benz corporate sales and can demonstrate the following experience and behaviours we would encourage you to apply at your earliest opportunity.
We’re looking for a motivated and driven individual to grow both new and existing corporate sales opportunities across passenger cars and light commercial vehicles. You’ll be working to maximise opportunities with corporate accounts at both regional and national levels.
You will thrive in this role if you possess the following skills and behaviours:
- Proven success and knowledge in corporate sales, ideally within the automotive sector
- Highly self-motivated, with personal resilience and a drive to achieve results
- Excellent communicator with standout skills in prospecting, building rapport, presenting, and negotiating
- Enthusiastic about working collaboratively as part of a team
- Full UK manual driving license
Key responsibilities of the Business Development Manager
- Drive sales performance by achieving targets, KPI’s and business objectives
- Build and nurture long term relationships with corporate clients
- Lead regular business review meetings to support clients with planning their vehicle needs and change cycles
- Prepare and present compelling proposals and tenders for new business opportunities
- Promote a full range of fleet products, services and tailored solutions
- Collaborate closely with Corporate Sales Manager to track progress and maximise results
- Commitment to a 40-hour working week, typically Monday to Friday with occasional weekend cover for promotional events
