Role Overview
As a Service Host at Mercedes-Benz of Dartford, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service. Ensuring our customers feel welcomed and valued, you will enhance the customer experience through efficient front-of-house coordination and support the service department's operational success.
Main Responsibilities
- Offer a warm welcome and assist customers upon their arrival
- Coordinate customer appointments and schedule service bookings in person and over the phone
- Handle customer inquiries promptly and professionally
- Loan car damage checks including the prompt processing of customer hire contracts
- Handle recovery agents and process through to service advisors
- Liaise with service team members to ensure seamless customer interactions
- Maintain an inviting customer reception area at all times
- Utilise the Pinewood CRM and Mercedes systems for efficient operation support (training provided)
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, enhancing their loyalty to the Mercedes-Benz brand
- Creating an outstanding service environment that reflects the luxury and prestige of the Mercedes-Benz brand

- Full UK Drivers Licence (desirable)
Summary of role
- Location: Mercedes-Benz and smart – Dartford, DA1 5FD
- Working Hours: 45 hours per week
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 6:00pm, with occasional Saturdays on a rota basis OR Tuesday to Friday 8:00am to 6:00pm and Saturday 8:00am to 2:00pm
- Salary: £28,571.4
