What we are looking for

We are in search of a technically adept and customer-focused candidate with:

• Demonstrable experience as a Systems Technician within the automotive industry, preferably Mercedes-Benz

• Advanced knowledge in automotive systems, diagnostics, and first-time repair

• Commitment to providing exceptional customer service

• Relevant automotive technician qualifications

• A full, clean UK Driving Licence

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting thorough diagnostics to identify vehicle issues

• Performing maintenance and repair work according to Mercedes-Benz standards

• Providing detailed reports and recommendations post-assessment

• Demonstrates strong communication skills with team and customers

• Stays updated with the latest automotive technology and systems

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Level 3 NVQ or equivalent formal qualifications in automotive engineering

• Certificated for 3 years at a diagnostic/systems technician role

• Able to demonstrate strong problem-solving skills

• Ability to work as part of a team and independently

This is a permanent, full-time position - 40 hours per week, typically 0800-1700, Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays on a rota basis.
