We are thrilled to unveil a career-defining opportunity for a Retail Manager at our prestigious Mercedes-Benz dealership at Brooklands. This role is pivotal in driving retail operations, managing sales teams, and ensuring the delivery of high sales performance and customer service.

• Demonstrable retail management experience in the automotive sector

• A customer-first approach, with a track record of enhancing customer satisfaction

• Strong understanding of sales dynamics and customer relations in a retail context

• Knowledge of sales strategies and financial principles relevant to the retail automotive industry

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Experienced with managing automotive financial services

• Ability to interpret financial data and make informed business decisions

• Passion for the Mercedes-Benz brand and automotive technology

• Legal right to work in the UK

• Full UK Driving License

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting the daily retail operations of the sales team

• Developing and implementing strategies to meet sales targets and increase profitability

• Leading, training, and motivating the sales team to achieve outstanding results

• Ensuring the highest levels of customer service and satisfaction

• Analysing market trends and competitor activity to adjust strategies accordingly

Summary

You will need to commit to working 45 hours per week. This role operates on a flexible 7‑day soft rota, meaning your hours may be scheduled across any day of the week. You will not work seven days consecutively - your working and rest days will vary week to week to support our business needs while ensuring you receive your regular time off.
